We are a 35 year old company who operates four divisions on a cash basis, with no debt, and no accounts receivable.  The suppliers of all our companies operate in the same manner.  We have been through several economic crises in those years.   We intend to stay in business in a vital manner, and even grow, through these difficult economic times.  Here are guidelines to help you get the lowest prices possible. Our packaging, pricing structures provide you the best Service.

ORDER ONLINE:

• We accept ONLY online credit card payment orders.

  • Credit cards may be Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express; and held by a company, institution, individual, or p-card system.

  • Online card acceptance approval is a secure bank-to-bank transaction with no human interface.

  • Merchant on your statement will read DiscProfile OnlineDisc Mills & Associates LLC.

  • Debit, gift, and some pre-paid credit cards may be declined by the online banking system.  Please use another card if that occurs.

  • Orders are automatically, electronically, approved, processed, and fulfilled on a same day basis during business hours within parameters posted for the product or service ordered.

  • We do not accept verbal, mail, or phone orders.

  • Government purchase card accepted.  GSA approved, CCR Register, 139176023, Cage: 3HEF6.
     

• We no longer accept checks of any kind, electronic or paper, as payment, from anyone, or any organization.

  • Insufficient funds check rates of companies, organizations, institutions, local, state and federal governments are now extremely high, approaching 60% in some market sectors.

  • Checks received will be destroyed and not processed for payment for goods or services.

  • Processing checks and purchasing documents is very costly.  We prefer not to raise prices to cover those costs.
     

• Preferred Customer Pre-Paid Purchase Order, Invoice and ACH, Electronic Funds Transfer Process.

  • Available for USA, selected, established, large customers and institutional organizations only.

  • Email a written request for an invoice that will be pre-paid by customer prior to delivery of goods.

  • Invoice will include an additional 20% fee for document and manual processing.

  • Customer will initiate ACH or EFT transfer paperwork which we will complete.

  • Payment by ACH or EFT, Electronic Funds Transfer only.  No checks for payment.  No terms.

  • When ACH payment is received and cleared, goods and services will be delivered to customer.

  • We reserve the right not to institute this process for a customer without stating a reason.
     

• We do not accept or process redundant purchasing documents, unrelated to online purchasing.

  • We provide our completed Form W-9 for tax or vendor information purposes online.
