We Ship SAME
DAY or NEXT Business Day by POSTAL PRIORITY MAIL (2-3 day
transit by USPS Priority Mail for orders received by NOON Central time). We do NOT guarantee the delivery service
transit time of the USPS, but we do guarantee
when we will ship items. Plan ahead for weekends
and holidays, when the Post Office is closed. You may optionally select Federal Express Overnight
Priority express delivery for orders received before NOON Central.
YOU SELECT THE SHIPPING CHARGES for your order in the
shopping cart at checkout. We will ship to P. O. Boxes by USPS Priority Mail only. You will receive
an email with a tracking notice and an email with your Paid
Receipt. Shipping Charges are calculated by
the shopping cart pro-rated by amount of order and weight.

materials, products, or services on this website, including
Pack, Email, or Electronic Files and Reports, are NOT
REFUNDABLE for any reason.
Designated online products
are NOT "shipped" but delivered by email or email link for
access. You
are responsible to assure you have software and computer
knowledge, capability, and compatibility, including (but not
limited to) appropriate ISP and email accounts, for
electronic, email, and online reports and products.
We cannot
cancel or change orders once they are placed.
When your credit card is approved, it is shipped immediately or electronically delivered if it is an
online product. We do not see credit card numbers to alter orders,
because they are credit card bank to bank transactions for your
security. PLEASE order carefully. ALL
sales are FINAL.
If YOU make an order error, you
may NOT return it for refund, credit, or exchange for any reason.
We will promptly correct any errors that we make at no
expense to you.
LIMITATIONS FOR EMAIL, WEB, OR ELECTRONIC DELIVERY:
Products delivered
electronically require a
human to either issue a code, add credits, or set up an account, and
therefore delivery is limited to business hours. We will make best
efforts at all other times.
To prevent international credit card fraud,
we verify captured IP address, CVV card code, bank bin code,
verify card holder address, phone, address compare, issuing bank, domain
server. Email address must be domain, not free
service. We do not ship or process orders for
countries on the US sanction list, including, but not
limited to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Libya, & Sudan.
At our DiSCretion, we may process orders and delay shipping
for up to 180 days, pending international investigation, for
countries known for high incidence of internet card fraud
including, but not limited to: Middle East countries,
African countries, notably Nigeria and Ghana, former Soviet
Republics, Eastern European countries, Indonesia, Malaysia,
Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, areas in China and
Japan, areas in India, areas in Mexico, Central & South
America, and others we are advised to add. If the order is
suspicious, it will not ship, even with credit card
authorization approval, pending international trade
investigative clearance.
