Purchaser may forward email access codes to Respondents.
If you forward the access code to another person, you will
NOT be notified of report completion or automatically
receive the completed report. Purchaser and Respondent can
retrieve completed reports for 30 days.
To retrieve a completed report:
Once you are sure response is complete, click on the access code
link in the original email. This leads to the completed report.
One email access code issued for each test report ordered.
Turn OFF spam filters and notify your IT Department of incoming
email with access code from OnlineDisc@inscape-epic.com.
This is your responsibility.
Online response time is 10-15 minutes. Time-out occurs after 20
minutes with no activity.
Access codes for Non-EPIC clients expire after 30 days.
If you need several reports, order all at once, not on separate
orders.
Group reports must be ordered at the same time as the individual
reports.
Email access codes are sent during business hours, 9-5 Central,
