An EPIC Administrator Client account is recommended if

You have larger numbers of people (25+) and/or a frequent on-going need for online assessments.

You want to archive results for group reports or free comparison reports not available to the public.

You need to select when and if participants see results of their online assessments.

You want total control and 24/7 privileged access, with logo and private label branding.

NOTE: If you have a one time only project, it may be simpler to just order multiple DiSC reports and a Team/Group report, in lieu of setting up an EPIC account for one time use.

How Does EPIC Work? CREDITS.

EPIC has 40+ assessments available in the system. Each assessment has a CREDIT value assigned.
You order CREDITS for your EPIC account at quantity savings less than individual access codes.
CREDITS are used for any assessment in the EPIC system.

Credits may be added at any time on an as-need basis. Credits do not expire in an existing account.

No fees, renewals, or minimums. Login must occur every 12 months. Account Email must be current

Steps to Set Up Your New EPIC Client Account: Order EPIC Account Setup

Select the Assessment and Product Family you will be using. Review samples and trainer kits.
Use the Calculating Credits chart to determine number of total credits initially needed.
Order one of the EPIC Setup Starter Packages to obtain the Trainer Kits and credits you need.
We set up your new account with your logo and credits, usually within 2 hours, during business hours. We email your USER ID and password to you and your account is available for immediate use.

CREDITS: Your account operates with a system of currency called "Credits". When you need additional credits for additional reports transferred into your account, order them online at: http://www.onlinedisc.com/order.htm#CREDITS . We manually transfer credits during business hours 9-5 (Central Time), Mon-Fri, within an hour of your order and best efforts any other time. Credit transfers are not automatic upon order completion. They are moved by a person. You must provide your User ID in the comments section of the shopping cart when ordering credits to assure they are moved into your account.

Technical Specifications and Definition of Terms

EPIC (Electronic Profile Information Center) is a web-based application built on a Windows 2000 platform. It utilizes Windows IIS for delivery of the application, Visual Basic as the development language, and SQL 2000 for data storage and retrieval.

Here are some Definition of Terms that will help you:

Customer Service - Creates and oversees Administrator accounts and provides Credits for report generation.... That's us here at Disc Profile (email for help) and replenish credits with quick online secure ordering.
Administrator - Manages access to the profiles, issues access codes, and views and prints and emails profiles... That's YOU.
Respondent - One who has been issued an access code and goes online from any internet accessible computer and completes any profile questions. You decide if they have access to view/print their reports.
Credits - Credits are the currency used in the EPIC system. Each report in the system is assigned a credit value. Credits can be used for ANY EPIC report. Credits are deducted from the "Bank" of Credits in your Account when access codes are assigned. Once the Respondent's report is in your account, no further credits are charged even for multiple retrievals, printings, emails, or viewings. EPIC requires the following minimum system requirements for proper operation and performance:
