Electronic delivery reports, products, and services require a "human being" to either issue a code, password,  or email links, and therefore delivery is limited to "business hours" when a "human" can get the product or service to you.  We will make best efforts at all other times.

Order online.  Important time sensitive Policy Announcement Change:  Effective August 1, 2007, a 15% check handling surcharge for our manual entry of a purchase order and/ or payment by check will be added to the total amount of your order.  Paperwork processing for prepaid purchase orders is 15% more expensive to us as a vendor to process than online orders paid by credit card.  We have found that handling checks is far less secure than online credit card processing.  Payment by check is 15% more expensive to us as a vendor to process than online orders paid by credit card.  If you elect purchase order and/or check payment ordering, it will cost 15% more than the web prices.

We cannot cancel orders once they are placed.
We cannot change orders once you place them.
When an order is placed and your credit card is approved, it goes immediately to a shipping fulfillment company in a separate location and is shipped immediately or electronically delivered if it is an online product.  We do not see credit card numbers to alter orders, because they are credit card bank to bank transactions for your security.  PLEASE order carefully.  If YOU make an order error, you may NOT return it for refund, credit, or exchange for any reason.
